Look at this vineyard. Look at its beauty in design and shape. Someone planted this with form knowing that it would purposely grow in a certain way. Each leaf has its own life, but they never get out of line. Each branch grows on its own but they never leave their designed formats.
God has given us many things that are amazing; however, there are two most important. (1)Instructions and (2)Choices. Recently I found a wonderful discussion on “Staying Connected-Dealing with Un-forgiveness” hosted by Dazzlind on blogtalkradio and it reminded me that God has designed us with his own plans in mind. It is up to us to make our own choices; but, we must still follow instruction. When it comes to forgiving people for wrong doings the Bible tells us to let God handle it. Quite often we hold grudges and generational hostility towards one another for unworthy reasons. I feel if we learn to love one another regardless of how we are offended we will not lose out on the blessings God has in store for us or the rewards promised in Heaven. Dazzlind gave a perfect reference about stars. So I am saying don’t miss out on your rewards because you were too stubborn to listen to God’s word.[Proverbs 20:22 (NIV) 22 Do not say, “I’ll pay you back for this wrong!”
Wait for the LORD, and he will avenge you. John 15:5 (NIV) 5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.]
So since you know now that you can do nothing without God and he is going to handle any situation, then you can make the choice of letting him handle it and be obedient to The Word. Stay focused on learning The Word and spreading The Word and your energy will be utilized to bear fruit by bringing more people to Christ ………try it and see what happens.
